What is The Teaching Coach?
The Teaching Coach is a platform to help teachers, leaders and support staff in education. This support is provided through offering professional development, resourcing and coaching. My aim is simple: to drive improvement in schools by working with staff to ensure quality pastoral care and quality teaching.
What courses do you offer?
On The Teaching Coach with Teachable you will find courses designed to help you improve your skills as a leader or educational professional. The courses are centred around several core areas: leadership, lesson planning, delivery and development of teaching and learning skills and educational sector applications and interview skills.

Who am I?
I am an experienced Head of Year and English teacher. I have extensive experience of the role of Head of Year as well as the issues which staff face on a day to day basis.
I also have extensive experience of mentoring and coaching both new and experienced staff including working with ITTs and NQTs. As well as experience in delivering leadership training, interview preparation and coaching.
In addition, I have led on large whole school initiatives to improve attainment, raise aspirations and remove barriers to learning. I have also consistently delivered professional development to whole staff on both small and large scales, internally and externally. I have led on various teams of up to 14 tutors as well as led on transition from Year 6 - 7, the transition into KS4 as well as the Options process.
Finally, I have completed both my NPQML and NPQSL as well as worked as part of Women Into Leadership as well as delivered professional development for Middle Leaders.
